We currently use a shared Excel document between 10 people for the past 10 months. Suddenly an error is cropping up in which users are now unable to edit the document in browser, an error is coming up saying "We can't show these features in the broswer:- This workbook contains too many objects."

This has never been an issue, is there a quick solution without removing objects as they are key to this document.

Whether users can open the excel file in the client application?

To removing objects in the excel file, download the excel file to the desktop, then compressed. After that, objects inside the excel file may appear separately in the compressed folder, delete objects to resolve the issue.

Its not really helped, I have a2023 calendar, and a 2024 calendar, however, one has stopped viewing objects and doesnt allow edits, whilst the other works.

Essentially the calendar uses a range of buttons and filters to arrange the staff, this is along with 5 different tabs which then creates a summary based on dates. The issue is, on Sharepoint, all the objects below are missing so the teams are unable to manage the staff.

According to the screenshot you provided, the design of this form is very complex and contains many objects.

I suggest you open a service request with Microsoft to get remotely help. Then support engineer can check the excel file remotely.
