Win11 join in Domain issue(Apps didn't work)

On a fresh install of Windows 11 join in Domain issue after joining the Apps don't work. Reloading Windows 11 the same thing happens again.

    Did you received any error in this case?

    What exactly happens when you launch apps?

    Only Microsoft Store apps affected, or all apps affected including desktop apps?

    Hello Anthony McWilliams,

    Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

     It can be some Group Policy or Logon Script due to which you may not access APPs.

    1.Please try Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.

    2.Please try to Login with Domain or Enterprise Admin account and see if you are able to access control panel.

    3.Make sure your User and Windows 11 Computer account is placed at Proper Group and Organization Unit.
