Authentication linked to old device

Question

Hello,

I recently got a new iPhone 15 and I installed MS Authenticator linked to Ping according to my company procedures.

When I try to authenticate on an external Sharepoint site using MS Authenticator the number I get on my new phone does not work.

Instead I think that it is expecting the number from my old iPhone. I need somebody from Microsoft to unpair the old device somehow to stop this. Our IT had no visibility on which devices are paired because MS Authenticator on the old device was set up in a different way.
