Planner web "Can't show your plan list right now" Sharepoint Site

Question

I have loaded ms planner into a web app on our SharePoint site and it worked well. Now it is showing that it can't show your plan list right now.

What could be causing this issue? I am logged in, I can go to https://planner.cloud.microsoft/ and see my lists. Is there something that I am missing or is this one of those we don't know what is going on issues?

Per my test, I could create a planner in sharepoint and add it in page
