In outlook, in conversation threads, how do I hide extraneous information such as signature blocks and header information (except the email sender)

The goal is for quick readability when reviewing a thread, especially when there are multiple recipients and senders during the conversation's flow

is there some power automate flow that could be used?

Are you using Outlook desktop client？

And do you mean that you want to show few information of the email in Reading pane? If so, please provide more information about your case for our better research.
