    Hi @Sokoban

    Welcome to our forum!

Is it the wrong meeting time? Or is there any regularity to the timing of each mistake?

According to the screenshot, your time zone setting is different from the meeting time zone setting.

In New Outlook, if two time zones are displayed, the time zone of the meeting organizer is used as the reference point. If you organize a meeting and display the free/busy hours of invitees in other time zones, their busy hours will be adjusted so that they appear correctly in your time zone. The second time zone is visible only when you view the calendar in the day or week view.
