Ensure both the local and remote machines have the latest Windows updates installed.
Update the display adapter drivers on both machines.
Check Group Policy Settings
Open the Group Policy Editor by pressing Win + R

, and pressing Enter.

Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Device Installation > Device Installation Restrictions

- Ensure the setting “Prevent installation of removable devices” is set to “Not Configured”.
Uninstall and Reinstall Display Adapter:
- On the remote machine, open Device Manager.

- Right-click on the display adapter and select “Uninstall device”.
- Restart the remote machine and let Windows reinstall the display adapter.
Check Network and Firewall Settings:
