Site not indexed on Bing, can't reach anyone from Bing Webmaster

Hello,

I’m the owner of a site with a considerable traffic from Google, and we’ve been facing an issue for over two years now. Despite strong growth on other search platforms, our site has not been indexed on Bing. Bing Webmaster Tools doesn’t indicate any issues.

We’ve submitted three support tickets over the past nine months, with around 1.5 months between each, but we haven’t received any support or responses.

I’d appreciate it if this issue could be escalated to the appropriate team or person for resolution.
