Roblox Shiftlock stops moving.

Whenever I use shiftlock on Roblox with my touchpad, it constantly stops moving. It starts moving again when I click then freeze again shortly after. Is there a fix to this issue? I tried everything that has come up when I searched it up. ( I am using a dell laptop)
