Office 2024 Pro Plus Update error code 30088-27

Hi.

Yesterday I installed MS Office 2024 Pro Plus. Before there was MS Office 2021 Pro Plus installed on the PC.

After I installed Office 2024 I wanted to check for updates and get the the error code 300088-27. I don't know if Office 2021 had this error too, because I didn't check it because I installed 2024.

Word shows me that the version 2408 build 16.0.17932.20114 64-bit is installed.

The OS is Windows 10 Pro 22H2 build 19045.4957 64-bit

I tried everything from here, but nothing helps.

The update channel in the xml file I used is Channel="PerpetualVL2024"

For me I have found now my Problem.

On the PC O&O ShutUp 10++ was used to reduce the communication to MS.

Until now the following settings were used for Microsoft Office and until now there were now problems with this setting.

But now with Office 2024 there need to change the settings like this.

With this new setting the error code 30088-27 is gone and the update windows show me the message that office is up to date.
