Unable to reschedule PL-300 certification

Dear Support,

I re-schedule my PL-300 certification to 10/10/2024 couple month back and due to work commitment on the 10th, i would like to re-schedule or maybe cancel the exam certification for now.

However the "reschedule" or "Cancel" tab is not available in my learning page under "credential - Certification" tab as below screenshot as per their support portal.

Appreciate your advice on how can i cancel/reschedule the certification.

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
