I am working on a Windows machine with the following configuration:

  • Operating System: Windows 10 Enterprise Edition
  • Visual Studio: Microsoft Visual Studio Professional 2022 (64-bit), Version 17.11.4

By default, Visual Studio integrates with Docker Desktop for containerization. However, I need to replace Docker Desktop with Podman in order to debug and run containers directly from Visual Studio 2022.

I have tried several methods to achieve this, but none of the options have worked so far. Can anyone help with this setup?
