Azure Cognitive Services: API for Supported Translation Languages

Question

Is there an API available from Microsoft to retrieve all supported text translation languages for Azure Cognitive Services?

Currently, Azure Cognitive Services is being used to translate text into various languages for customers. A language dropdown is needed on the frontend to list all supported translation languages.

I reviewed the documentation at Language Support in Azure Translator but couldn't find any API details related to this.

Any assistance would be appreciated!
