Cannot access "Custom deployment" blade in Azure - CORS issue

Every time I try and click "Deploy a custom resource" nothing happens in the Azure portal UI.

In my browser's dev tools console I receive this error:

"Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://catalogartifact.azureedge.net/publicartifacts/Microsoft.Template-2.1.8/UIDefinition.json' from origin 'https://portal.azure.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource."

Is anyone able to alert Microsoft about this issue? I cannot raise a support ticket in the Azure portal.

Further information: Every other resource I try and access works fine. It is just happening when I am trying to use the "Deploy a custom resource".

    Update:

Seems like a Google Chrome browser issue.

I was able to create the resource successfully using Microsoft Edge.

I am encountering a similar issue.

I am trying to create a "Azure AI services" resource and nothing happens.

    Console shows the following message:

Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://catalogartifact.azureedge.net/publicartifacts/Microsoft.CognitiveServicesAIServices-1.0.2/UIDefinition.json' from origin 'https://portal.azure.com' has been blocked by CORS policy.

Someone from Microsoft, please look into this, thanks.
