agendar segundo intento , toma de examen Pearson Vue Voucher

Hola buenos dìas, tenia un voucher vàlido hasa el 31 de diciembre de 2020 para la toma de un examen, decidi aprovecharlo y tomar el AZ500, examen que lastimosamente perdì, pero el voucher tenia la opcion de hacer un segundo intento, pero ahora no encuentro por donde realizar ese segundo intento, ya que no me aparecen fechas disponibles, y cuando coloco el otro año, me indica que el voucher solo sirve para el 31 de diciembre. ya tome una oportunidad del voucher, quisiera tomar el segundo intento, gracias
