the guy posted The image webpart unable to add hyperlink question two years ago，but not solved.

I got the same problem right now. totally same.Looks like the web part feature is not full version.

patch updated: Security Update for Microsoft SharePoint Server 2019 Core (KB4486751)

He was sharepoint Online，I am sharepoint server 2019.

is there any one tell me the fact?

Hi @宇黎 , thank you for posting in the Q&A forum.

Adding hyperlink or text overlay to image feature and also the menus are not available in Image Web Part in SharePoint Server 2019. This is by design.

Actually the true edit page should like this

As you said "This is by design" ，if so， can you tell me，which version sharepoint has the features above？

And I tried others web part，Shrinked like a trial version when I compared with the support page.

The document suggests that the Image Web Part is available in SharePoint Server 2019. However, it does not necessarily get the full function since modern experience is introduced to SharePoint on-premises for the first time. The following updates for modern UI in SharePoint Online are not published accordingly to SharePoint Server 2019 either.

As is mentioned, the full functions and features (for all modern Web Parts) are available in SharePoint in Microsoft 365 (also known as SharePoint Online).
