Migrating badges to a new e-mail

I have a few badges from a work email address and would like them to be moved to a personal email address.
The company is a Microsoft partner

Is this possible?

    You can log into your learning account and navigate to your certification profile to update. These are tied to you personally not the partner. You can associate your learning profile with the partner to earn competencies within partner center.

    Or are you referring to your Acclaim badges?
