No able to access Student credits of Azure through github education packs.

Question

*English is not my motherlanguage.

I can't renew my student subscription in azure now.

I register with github (e.g sss@gmail.com), and I binded this github account with school account like this in June, 2024. And at that time, it works!

For now, I can't find any way to contact customer service staff in azure but this community. So now I just now update my student subcription to "pay-as- you-go".
