Module incomplete error

Hello, I was solving the knowledge test in the first level of Power BI Data Analyst Associate on Microsoft learning. Whenever I answer the questions, on next page, it pops up an error message "Module incomplete".

Please do look into it and let me now the possible solution.

Hi Vidit,

Yesterday the "Check your answers" button was missing from the knowledge checks for a while, preventing you from clicking it and completing knowledge check. Please navigate back to the module you were working on and try the knowledge check again.
