why is the submit button missing on the knowledge check?

The submit buttons for the knowledge checks are missing in Chrome and Safari on Mac. Both Knowledge Checks in the Secure your Azure resources with Azure role-based access control (Azure RBAC) training module have no submit buttons. I can't complete these modules without submitting my KC answers.
