Power Automate - Start and Wait for Approval Item Link Issue

Power automate's Start and Wait for Approval action not working as expected.

It's Item link option is not displaying in the mail sent. As you can find below the link is passed here in the action inside 'Item Link' option as well as 'Details' section

Here only the link provided in the details is visible. Item link option itself is missing. Please help

    Per my test, I have the same result as yours.

    In the outlook web app, it's by designed that item link will not show in the email.1

    As a workaround, you could check item link in the outlook client application.
