Copilot UI changes and AI performance degradation

I have Microsoft 365 and I pay for Copilot as a tool to help me in my work, I am finishing a PhD in Biomedical Sciences and I teach basic sciences for medicine.

I don't know what they did last week (early Oct-2024), but the Copilot interface is completely different, it doesn't allow you to search the history easily and it is more uncomfortable, because you have to wait for it to load, wasting time, especially if I have to navigate through previous questions.

It also doesn't allow you to configure the level of precision of the AI ​​and the answers it gives now leave something to be desired and it doesn't give direct links to the information. In addition, the algorithm doesn't self-refine and adjust to the degree of use I give it, when before, it took a while, but it learned. The AI is hallucinating more often than before.

On the other hand, for some reason, I don't know what, the chat is moved to the business account that doesn't have AI included, but I see that the old interface is there. I want the old interface and it won't let me go back to it. In the settings, the options are not even useful, as it only shows: voice, theme, language, subscription management, send comments and about.

I don't know what to do and Microsoft's support, especially for AI, is VERY unfriendly. I am more than frustrated and I am considering stopping paying for such an expensive AI for such a small thing, because compared to others at the moment it has nothing to do with consensus, humata or Elicit.
