My meeting records are being saved to my old email account

My company recently changed our email domain and provided me with a new email account.

The old email account has been downgraded to Microsoft Exchange Online, while my new email account is using a Business Standard license.

However, after this change, when I use my new account to host and record Teams meetings, the recordings are being saved to my old email account. As a result, my new account doesn’t have the right to download the recordings.

Is there any way to solve this problem?

    Hi @si_fox

Teams meeting recordings are saved in OneDrive and SharePoint. Please make sure that the account used to record the meeting is your new account.

Please log in to your new account in OneDrive and SharePoint again, because after changing the UPN, any saved user OneDrive links (such as desktop shortcuts or browser favorites) will no longer be valid and need to be updated.
