Azure Arc Resources Being Deleted

Local VM Resources added with Azure Arc come back automatically even if they are deleted. Agent deleted, SQL Extension deleted but still how do they come back under Azure resources automatically. How can I prevent this?

I did everything you said, unfortunately it keeps coming.

Policy is disabled as in the screenshot.

When you delete a VM or Azure Arc resource, make sure to also unregister it from Azure using the Azure CLI or portal. Check any monitoring tools, like Azure Monitor, that might automatically reinstall agents or settings.

Check if there are any automation scripts or policies, like Azure Policy or Azure Automation, that might be causing the resources to come back after deletion. Also, look at the Azure Activity Logs and Azure Arc logs to see if there are any actions that are making the resources reappear. Focus on any actions taken by users or service accounts that could be responsible for this.
