My authenticator app does not work...

I can not login into my university Microsoft account.
I used to use my authenticator app to verify me, but I can not login with my app anymore.
The app also ask me to verify it is me with other authenticator app...
I did not change my phone (I am using same device), and updated my authenticator app to latest version, but still the app says I need to verify.
I asked MS Team QnA before and they recommended ask here.
Thank you for read and please help me to fix it.
