According to your case description, you have encountered the problem of Your organization has deleted this device.
This prompt message should mean that your administrator has deleted your device from the device management portal. To solve this problem, it is recommended that you type "account" in the search box to open the "Manage your account" settings panel, and then go to the "Access work or school" page to delete your account. After a while, log in to Microsoft Teams again and see if it is successful. Or use cmd in admin: dsregcmd /forcerecovery
