Has anyone successfully migrated to Network ATC in an existing Azure HCI Stack?

As the title states, I am trying to make the change over to Network ATC but the step-by-step instructions are not making sense. Step 8 wants me to start working on a second node and wants to make changes to the switch and VMs on that node while also migrating VMs off that node. Then step 9 wants you to resume the initial cluster node.

After you've completed the steps, it now wants you to move onto the next node and complete nearly all the same steps even though Step 1 was installing Network ATC on all nodes and Step 2 was disabling Network ATC on all nodes.

Stop the Network ATC service on non-paused nodes: This ensures that Network ATC does not interfere with running VMs.

Remove existing configurations: Clear any previous network configurations that might conflict with Network ATC.

Apply Network ATC intents: Configure the desired network settings using Network ATC.

Resume the paused node: Bring the node back online with the new configurations.

Repeat for each node: Move to the next node and repeat the process until all nodes are configured.
