Deploying to a Function App from VS Code also overwrites different function apps within the same subscription.

Within VS Code, using the Azure extension, I've been deploying code by right clicking on a function app and clicking "Deploy to Function App...". This has worked fine in the past, but recently we added a new function app to the subscription, and whenever I deploy to that one it also overwrites 2 of the other function apps. I assume this is a setting somewhere, or something that was done incorrectly during the setup of the function app, but I can't find where to change it.
