How to add semantic configuration and Vector Index of an existing Index?

I have created an Index by directly pushing data from azure synapse to Azure Ai-search's predefined indexed, due to this there is no related indexer and data source to this index, but now I want to create semantic configurations and vectorized index. I am able to set vector profile and sematic profile, but it doesn't work? so how I can achieve the desired results?

To add semantic configuration and vector index to an existing index in Azure AI Search, you will need to create a skillset that defines the processing pipeline for your data. The skillset will include one or more skills that perform specific operations on your data, such as extracting entities or key phrases, or generating vector representations of your text.
Here are the general steps to follow:
- Create a skillset that defines the processing pipeline for your data. You can do this using the Azure portal, the REST API, or one of the Azure SDKs.
- Add one or more skills to the skillset that perform the operations you need. For example, you can use the Text Analytics skill to extract entities and key phrases, or the Image Analysis skill to extract tags and descriptions from images.
- Configure the output of each skill to feed into the input of the next skill in the pipeline. This will create a processing chain that transforms your data into the desired format.
- Create an indexer that uses the skillset to process your data and update your search index. You can do this using the Azure portal, the REST API, or one of the Azure SDKs.
- Run the indexer to process your data and update your search index. You can monitor the progress of the indexer using the Azure portal or the REST API.
- Once the indexer has finished processing your data, you should see the results of the semantic configuration and vector index in your search index. You can then use these features to improve the relevance of your search results.
Note that if you have already created your search index and populated it with data, you will need to delete and recreate the index to apply the new semantic configuration and vector index. This is because the index schema needs to be updated to include the new fields and data types.
