when trying to choose an Contoso Excel file PowerApps gives an error - the tables did not load correctly - what do i do?

I downloaded sample Excel Contoso file with the Real Estate data for the Sample PowerApps Canvas app and I got the following error -

Juraj Petrik 0 Reputation points2024-10-23T09:40:45.6533333+00:00 I am getting the same error message. I uploaded the Contoso Excel file (from a module on learn.microsoft) into my personal OneDrive, but I can't open it. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the OD, which did not help.
Can you please help?
