How to prevent error....

The file <file name> may have been changed by another user since you last saved it.  In that case, what do you want to do?  Save a copy, Overwrite changes.

    Hi,

    What version of Office did you use?

    Where did you save the Excel files? Local or OneDrive?

    Do all files have this issue?

    Make sure all users have full permission access the folder, they can delete and write files in the shared folder.
