Cursor doesn't work in BIOS (Cant navigate through the menu)

So hey, I'm tryna get to secure boot, but when I enter BIOS, my mouse and keyboard doesn't work. Basically everything is frozen and I cant move around the menu. I tried plugging in the keyboard and mouse to my USB 2.0 port, but just like the USB 3.0 port, it doesn't respond. And in addition, the screen in bios looks zoomed in; a majority of the BIOS menu is out of view.

    Hi,

    If your mouse and keyboard are functioning properly in the full operating system, please try updating your BIOS version.

    If the issue still exists, I recommend you Submit a Request in CyberPowerPC Help Center.
