    Hi @tony

    Welcome to our forum!

What is your account? Outlook.com or something else?Meanwhile, here are some steps you may take:

    • Check the Format: Ensure that you’re entering the phone number in the correct international format, starting with +965 followed by the number.
    • Clear Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, browser issues can cause problems. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies or using a different browser and seeing if the issue persists.
    • Alternative Verification Methods: As i know: Some countries may have limited or restricted support for adding phone numbers to Microsoft accounts due to regional regulations, telecommunications agreements, or other factors. If adding the phone number isn’t working, you can try using an email address or security questions for verification instead.

In addition, i find a similar thread that many people find it useful, please feel free to refer to.
