Hi, some of our pilots has been delayed by our potential customers. Many of our customer base is in the Non-For-Profit Social Impact vertical who can be resource strapped. I spoke to someone from Microsoft Social Impact team, and they said they believe the credits should be able to be extended. Can someone let me know how to get this credit extended so we can provide these pilots for our Non-For-Profit clients that service the underprivileged children?

Thank you.

    Hi @Nancy Sun

I suggest starting with How do I verify funding, partners, and/or customers? Depending on the level you're on, you may be able to request additional credits pending an account review. That's really the best way to get an extension as credits do expire after a years' time upon redemption.
