Why does my internet disconnect overnight on Windows 10?

It is a regular thing that when I wake up my PC from sleep that I'll get a pop up on lower left corner that my internet connection was restored. I have searched on forums and found there was some setting where it might disconnect to save power over night. Well these were 2-3 yr old posts and upon going into those settings there is no options to choose to not disconnect. Other posts seem to show displeasure in those settings options being removed so guessing they were taken off.

I did happen to find the power saving advance settings and just now tried to set wireless adapter to "low power saving" so maybe that will prevent it from disconnecting.

But beyond that I'm not sure where to look.
