When I try to sign in to any of my accounts I just get the error code 0x8007003B and the get kicked out of the account

Question

So yesterday I turned on sign in with controller and then played a little then got off. Then I wake up and turn on my Xbox one then Xbox one messages me saying "Sorry Keon use controller to sign in." Then it says "Sorry Keon Sign in using password." Even though I was using the same controller, and the previous day I had changed my password and put that in. Then it said 0x8007003B (assuming that's the error code) then it said 693ACDDE-D51C-4879-AD7E-C:3874D5CEF65 (again assuming this is also a error code.)
