I am getting "Error AADSTS50020 - User account from identity provider does not exist in tenant" when trying to add a MS365 user account's email to iphone after email migration using Skykick.

As of right now I am told everything DNS wise is setup appropriately. For some clarification, the client had 2 domains in GoDaddy. When we did the request to separate them from GoDaddy, they separated them into 2 different 365 accounts. The domain account we migrated over to the main tenant, we don't want to use anymore, so adding settings to that domains 365 account is not what we want. Thanks.

    Thanks for your question.

    If the account was left in the old tenant, remove the association from the previous tenant and re-create or update the account in the new tenant.

    Also, open a new in-private browser session or have the user try to access from a different browser. In this case, users must sign out from their active session, and then try to sign in again.
