Recover lost authenticator data

Question

This will be a long one. And i apologise for my writing mistakes, but i am at my wits end. It started with me formatting my phone in hopes that it will correct the weak wifi signal issue that i have been having since having my phone returned from repairs two days ago. I was able to log in to social media all good but couldn't not use it because of the above said wifi issues. I thought formatting would solve it. Formatting i did, but i also created another dead-end(i think).i couldn't not log in after i formatted my phone as it kept asking for 6-digit login code from "your authenticator app". It seems that i use 2FA codes from authenticator to log into instagram (which i never used supposedly, or my memory must have had a blind spot that i forgot opening authenticator,using additional unlocking and the hassle just to get a code) . I have never used,never needed to because it is linked to my facebook and i had saved it's logn on my device. Only a notification would pop up from facebook that are you trying to log in, i would tap yes and viola, I'm in. But now... nothing. So i went to check my back up status and there was the shock of my life. My data hadn't been backed(back up now option had been grayed out). I can get past the pass word page but it's 2FA page that i am stuck at looking at it like a fool. I looked into facebook and tried a get around this issue(since it's connected) by going into security of my facebook and disabling/removing/changing the 2FA for my insta account. But it is also blocked, saying "we have prevented this information from showing as you are new or have recently logged in to facebook. We will show it you when you have used this browser,page and profile for while. I think it's is a let-me-down gently that say goodbye to your insta. Make a new one or get your authenticator back by some kind of sorcery. I don't know what to do. And i haven't even checked my work profiles. If they meet the same fate as this, then i am totally....you know. Please any tech wizards here, please help me🙏🙏
