Mute button gone

Question

I have the Audacy audio app on my Edge Sidebar. I just recently used to be able to MUTE the site/app by right clicking on the Audacy icon in the sidebar and selecting MUTE from the context menu, however that option to mute is no longer available.

Is there a way to turn it back on?

I reported the issue to Audacy but they replied they have no control over that context menu.

Could you please test other media apps for the mute option? The mute option works well on my end.

If the mute option does not show up in other apps as well, I suggest you try repairing Microsoft Edge at Control Panel --> Programs --> Programs and Features --> Right click Microsoft Edge --> Change.

If repair won't fix this problem, I suggest you send feedback (Alt+Shift+I in Microsoft Edge) to the Dev Team to report this problem. Thanks for your understanding.
