Cancel Payment

I'd like to refund the 122327 won as of December 25, 2020. The order number is 904a994e-08b1-4787-9f28-a20a9bc333. It says that it is not possible to cancel the subscription because it has already been paid, but it has not been used yet and the code number has not been checked and used. Please give me a refund.

I'm guessing you mean to refund MSDN subscription payment.

For any request of refund, you should consult the vendor (i.e.: where you buy the subscription from) directly instead, or if you use credit card for payment, you may consider file a dispute before money is transferred to vendor.
