so my friend made me use that powershell winnit command for a prank, and it gave me the crash screen, now i'm a bit scared if it could've damaged my computer

    A BSOD won't damage the computer

    It's like killing a System process with Process Explorer or other.

    Hi daniel meyling,

    The wininit.exe is a legitimate system process in Microsoft Windows operating systems. It stands for Windows Initialization and is responsible for initializing some of the core components of the system. If you run it manually, it will reboot Windows, but it won't damage your computer.
