Azure DevOps Template creation doesn't work

Question

Hi,

When I try to execute the task in the following module I get an error page: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/training/modules/manage-delivery-plans/4-set-up-environment

What could be the cause of the error?

I am able to log in successfully and the project creation goes through, but then I get a 404 error when I click on the "Navigate to the project" button.
