I want to reschedule my AZ-104 exam but service is down

Question

I want to reschedule my AZ-104 exam but service is down. I should be allowed to reschedule with in 24 hours of actual schedule.

We're doing some systems maintenance and portions of this site are temporarily unavailable. During this maintenance period our call center staff do not have access to our scheduling system. We plan to return to regular operations on Sunday, October 13, at 9:00 a.m. US Central Time.
