Outlook 2010 is the default Mail app in windows 10 and Event Viewer has Event ID 45 logs with AddIns loaded.

Do you use the right MAPI32.DLL (with LoadDefaultMailProvider then GetProcAddress for MapiInitialize, MAPILogon, etc...)

Yes, but it is not the Outlook MAPI DLL (most of Mail clients have they own MAPI DLL)

For example on my 2016 version, it is :

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\VFS\ProgramFilesCommonX86\SYSTEM\MSMAPI\1033\MSMAPI32.DLL

(read from registry by LoadDefaultMailProvider)
