Collection without an application installed

Hi,

I want to deploy an application to our Windows 11 devices. The situation now is some Windows 11 devices have the application installed, but the rest are not. How can I create a dynamic collection for the devices without the application installed?

1,Please review the smsts.log, setupact.log and setuperr.log on the clients to see if there is any further information.

2,Do the redeployed computers use the same computer name? If yes, please delete the computer objects in AD and then try again. Per my experience, we cannot re-image a PC with the same name without deleting it.
