Type "compmgmt" and choose "local users and group", choose your account and set password.
You can also create a new user for your kids there.

I usually log in to my computer using face identification or fingerprint, but lately my kids want to use my computer, so I need to reset my password. The problem is I already forgot my password, but I can still log in with my face. How can the local account password be reset?

I recommend to setup separate account for your kids. Type netplwiz and click OK, click Add, input sign-in details for kid's account.
