I'm having trouble uploading images to Copilot; it keeps saying 'retry'—any idea how to fix it?

I’m trying to upload an image to Copilot, but each time I attempt it, I receive a 'retry' message. I've tried multiple images. I've tried on my phone to upload it through the app and it says retry on the image with a reload button; on the computer, it just disappears. Has anyone else experienced this issue, or does anyone know how to resolve it?
