Hi, I'm on Windows 10. I have a homebuilt computer in which I got a free copy of Microsoft 10 software through my school Microsoft account. I never use that account and only use my personal Microsoft account. I have disconnected my school account from my PC and am pretty sure that my personal Microsoft account is the only thing on my PC. Swill when I try to change some settings like "Clipboard History" it says that "Some of these settings are hidden or managed by your organization." This is frustrating since I am the computer administrator and the organization should be my own personal Microsoft account. I have googled many different ways of trying to fix this and nothing has worked yet. Any ideas?

    Hello,

This message usually appears when certain settings in Windows are controlled by Group Policy or registry settings.

You can open the Group Policy Editor:

    • Press Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog box.
    • Type gpedit.msc and press Enter.

Then navigate to User Configuration and Computer Configuration:

    • User Configuration > Administrative Templates > System.
    • Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System.

    Find and check related policies:

    • Find any policies related to Clipboard History or other settings you are trying to change.
    • Set any related policies to "Not Configured".

    Best Regards,

    Yanhong Liu
