Having Error after Installing SQL

Hello, I have installed SMSS and SQL and after installing it and clicking connect it gives me this, "Cannot connect to DESKTOP UPDOHSQ\MSSQLSERVERO2.

Additional information:

A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the

login proOcess. (provider: SSL Provider, error: 0- The cetificate chain was issued by an authority

that is not trusted) (Microsoft SQL Server)

9The certificate chain was issued by an authority that is not trusted" I don't know how to fix this so that I can open SQl. Can anyone help me please it's really urgent.

    Hi @Mary him

    Please using the latest SSMS 20.2 to connect to SQL server instance and check the Trust server certification box as below screenshot. Then you can connect to your SQL server successfully.
