colleague installed MS authenticator on iPhone, we set it up with QR code from https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info with her login, I look in MS entra admin center and she has SMS auth method under "authentication method" and iphone is under "Non-usable authentication methods" - she does not get popups on iPhone to enter 2 digit number even tho she gets 2 digit "confirm it is you" popups on her laptop ... we uninstalled app, reinstalled it, registered again after I removed all authentication methods from her account including SMS and still - only SMS works ( sporadicaly btw ) and authenticator app does not
